You'll need to Troubleshoot Compatibility (open the folder that the game is in, right-click on the game, select compatibility). Windows should automatically recommend Windows XP Service Pack 2 - if not, select that from the drop down menu. It should work fine (I've only tried this with 7, but Vista should work the same).
